1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Log-Uno platform (“Service”), developed and operated by SysID LLC, a Maryland limited liability company, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not accept these Terms, you are not authorized to access or use the Service.

2. License Grant

SysID LLC hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service solely in accordance with these Terms and your chosen subscription plan.

3. Subscription and Payment

The Service is provided under the following subscription models:

Free Trial: $1 first 60 days (tax included)

Monthly Subscription: $180 per 30-day period (tax included)

Annual Subscription: $1560 per 360-day period (tax included)

Once a paid subscription period begins, no refunds shall be issued, regardless of usage or early termination.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You further agree not to:

Share your login credentials with third parties

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service

Interfere with the operation, security, or functionality of the Service

Upload or distribute any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

5. Intellectual Property

All content, source code, software, visual interfaces, graphics, trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on or used in connection with the Service are the exclusive property of SysID LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights or licenses are granted except as expressly provided in these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SysID LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data or goodwill resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the Service

Unauthorized access to or use of your data

Any bugs, viruses, or the like transmitted through the Service

7. Disclaimer of Warranties (“As Is”)

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. SysID LLC does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Termination

SysID LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or harms the integrity or operation of the Service.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease, and any fees paid will not be refunded.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.

10. Modifications

SysID LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
